Refund policy
Digital product sales are final in most cases. However, we will review and, where appropriate, issue refunds or replacements in limited circumstances (technical problems, duplicate orders, or unauthorized charges). Read the full policy below and follow the steps to request help.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all digital products purchased from this store (PDFs, eBooks, audio files, templates, courses, downloads, and other non-physical goods).
2. General rule — final sale
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be duplicated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or if you simply decide you no longer want the product.
3. Exceptions — when we will consider a refund or replacement
We will consider a refund or replacement in these limited cases:

Defective file or inaccessible download: if the file you purchased is corrupted, incomplete, or the download link fails and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.

Duplicate purchase: if you were charged more than once for the same product.

Unauthorized charge: if the purchase was made without your authorization (fraud).

Major mismatch: if the product materially differs from its description on the sales page.
Refunds for these exceptions are granted at our discretion after verification.
4. Timeframe to request a review

Submit a refund/replacement request within 14 days of purchase for defective files, duplicates, or unauthorized charges. Requests after 14 days may be considered case-by-case but are not guaranteed.
5. How to request a refund or replacement
Email our support team with the following information:

A brief explanation of the problem.

Attach evidence: screenshots of error messages, failed downloads, duplicate charges, or audio/image samples showing corruption.

We will respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve or refund within 5–10 business days after verification.
6. Replacement, partial refunds, and full refunds

Partial refunds may be offered in limited scenarios at our discretion.
7. License revocation
If a refund is issued, your license to use the digital product is revoked immediately. You must delete all copies of the product and stop any distribution or use. We may require confirmation of deletion.
8. No redistribution / piracy
Unauthorized distribution or uploading of the product is prohibited. If you share or upload purchased content publicly after purchase, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and to pursue legal remedies for copyright infringement.
9. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us, we will cooperate with the payment processor to dispute fraudulent claims where appropriate. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension.
10. Consumer rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws where they apply.
